Resident of Ukiah, California
Obituary:
On June 26, Terry Baughn of Ukiah, left her material life behind. She passed peacefully at her son’s home in Ukiah and was surrounded by family who loved her dearly.
Born in Salt Lake City, UT on February 17, 1949, Terry made her home in Ukiah and has been a loyal volunteer and employee of the Ukiah Unified School District for more than 30 years.
Known by family members as “Gammy”, Terry was adored by her children, son Corey Baughn (wife, Melanie) of Ukiah, and daughter Brandy Hall (husband, Jim) of Sacramento, and her grandchildren, Madison & Lindsay Baughn, and Bailey & Justin Hall.
Always the avid supporter and biggest fan of her children’s and grandchildren’s sporting and academic pursuits, she gave unselfishly of her time in ways that would be impossible to measure or overstate.
The time she spent and memories she created with her family and friends will be beautiful gems we will cherish forever.
Terry is also survived and will be dearly missed by sisters Barbara Jackson, Patti Busdosh, and Sherri Clarke, as well as step-sister Ellen Steiner.
Memorial services will be held Friday, July 2nd , 11:00am, at Eversole Mortuary. A celebration of life will follow at Frank Zeek School. For this celebration and to commemorate Terry’s most cherished family vacation in the Caribbean, please feel free to join us in your favorite “casual cruise ship” attire.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ukiah High School Athletic Program.
