Obituary:
Wanda J Bell passed away peacefully June 8 at the age of 83. Wanda was born in Potosi Texas, July 29, 1929, the daughter of Gussy Jones and Ruth Rogers. She was preceded in death by her husband John and her brother Milton Jones, and is survived by her sister Katie Holt. Wanda graduated from Santa Paula High School and attended Ventura Jr. College, when she was in high school she took flying lessons and loved flying planes, she also loved reading, watching the stock market, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Working for a stock broker was one of her favorite jobs, where she learned the skills of investing. She worked for Bank of America in Saticoy, Wells Fargo in Oxnard, Bank of Olyvie in Placerville, and Wells Fargo in Ukiah. In 1948 Wanda married John Bell, together they had four children, Joe, Brad, Liz, and Jay. She also had six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Wanda was dearly loved and will be greatly missed, her Memorial will be held at Eversole Mortuary in Ukiah, on September 7th at 1:00pm.
