Obituary:
Ronald Steven Bloomer, 57, of Ukaih, Ca. passed away on December 30, 2013 of liver failure. He was born on October 14, 1957 in Garberville, Ca. to JoAnn and Clinton Bloomer. He attended South Fork High School and later moved to Ukiah. He worked in the logging industry as a young man.
His passion was music. His wonderful talent on the guitar started with his family, playing at family reunions, The Moose Lodge, with his best friend Dennis or just whenever. He loved the ocean and the bounitful feast it so freely provides. He had a great sense of humor.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, his baby daughter Amanda Jo and his brother Monte.
He is survived by the love of his life, Tina Bean, her children Michele and Frankie, their children Megan, Aaron, and Desera, his two sons Leon Bloomer ( Robyn) and Jessie Bloomer, his grandchildren Bradley, Freedom Joy, Kaia, and Dylan, his nephew Ryan Bloomer, his nieces Tianna Bloomer and Hannah Bloomer Shriner and his sister-in-law Judi Bloomer. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
There will be a celebration of life with a pot luck gathering at Circle Trailer Park, 317 N. Main St., Ukiah, Ca. on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 3:00. Cremation is by Eversole Mortuary.
