Jeanne Marjorie Bradford
Our father's devoted wife, our dearly loved mother, our adored grandmother, beloved aunt and sister, Jeanne Marjorie Bradford passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 in Ukiah, California. Born October 3, 1926 in Palo Alto, California, Jeanne lived a very full life and left a legacy of deep commitment to loving her family and friends. Jeanne read avidly, loved gardening, feeding and watching birds, listening to music, and cooking. Through the years, Jeanne and her surviving husband, Robert, raised four children, welcomed 10 grandchildren and four great grandchildren, with another soon to arrive. Jeanne loved people, traveling and the experiences brought about from new foods and cultures. Those who knew her came to love her. Jeanne will be deeply missed and never forgotten. Mother to Debby, Amanda, and Peter, and George (Rocky), grandmother to Jennifer, Justin, Patrick, Aric, Brendan, Mikerra, Katy, Stacey, Jonathan, and Amanda, great grandmother to Kaden, Kaison, Mia, and Davit, sister to Bobby Shultz and Lynne Nagel, aunt to Vicky, mother-in-law, and friend, Jeanne will be remembered for her kindness, her generosity, and her amazing grace. Jeanne thought and cared deeply about us and gave our lives a warmth and appreciation of the simple things that are truly important.
