Marilyn Cook was born on June, 22 1934 in Pocatello, Idaho to Mahlon and Lavon Davis. Marilyn passed away on May 23, 2017 at her home in Redwood Valley with her family by her side.
Marilyn married Ralph cook on October 31, 1952 in Pocatello, Idaho and were married for over 64 years.
Marilyn was a homemaker and most proud of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, relief society, and a Daughter of the Utah Pioneers. She was an accomplished baker and cook winning several awards including one for her famous chocolate chip cookies.
Marilyn had four children; Jacquelyn Rowles, Susan White, David and Michael Cook.
Sisters; Shirley Drake and Ruth Ann Wixom and a Brother David Davis.
Marilyn had 13 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 1:00 p.m. in Ukiah on 1337 South Dora Street.
A viewing will be held from 12-12:45 in the Relief Society room prior to the service
