Obituary:
Ann Cuff, 84, of Ukiah passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family. Ann was born September 12, 1930 in Olive Hill, KY.
Ann moved to Ukiah in 1958. She married restauranteur Frank Cuff, and for the next twenty years they owned many restaurants together. They included: The Chef, The El Chef, The Super Chef, The Manor Inn, The Ron-de-vo and also Cuffs Catering. Shortly after that she earned her real estate license. For the next 25 years she worked for three different real estate agencies and became very well known and loved. She is remembered as a strong, hard-working woman. She is a three time breast cancer survivor, and even undergoing two rounds of chemo therapy, she never missed a day of work. Ann was proud of being a successful restaurant owner, real estate agent and most proud of her family. She enjoyed the Thursday Lunch Bunch for over 20 years.
Ann is survived by her daughter Andrea Kent of Ukiah, son Louis (Tony) Grams and his wife Kelly of Hopland, grandchildren Kelly Haines-Barrera (Chuck), Christopher Cooper (Aja), Amanda Ford (Justin), Tarah (Caedyn), Julie Grams, Wesley Kent, Jonathan Kent, Andrew Kent and Katie Hannah, son-in-laws Mark Haines, Jim Bloom and Jim Kent, 8 great grandchildren. Also by many, many dear friends. Ann was preceded in death by her husband Frank Cuff, daughters Pamela Haines and Ranee Cooper Bloom.
The family prefers memorial donations in Anns name to the American Cancer Society.
A private family graveside service will be at the Ukiah Cemetery.
