Thomas Davis

Graveside services will be held for Thomas Davis of Ukiah on Monday, December 7, 2009 at 1 pm at Ukiah Cemetery. Thomas went to sleep peacefully at his home on Thursday, November 26, 2009.
Born November 20, 1947, Thomas was a commercial driver and bus driver. He served his country in the US Navy during Viet Nam receiving 2 Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star. He was a member of the V.A., Teamsters, CSEA and was Union President. He was proud of his family and his two children and will be remembered for having a kind heart as big as he was and his love of making people laugh. His favorite quote was “Let it Ride!”
Thomas is survived by his daughter Diane Suggs and husband Erick, son Michael Snyder and wife Kim, sister Pat Davis, brother Joe Davis, grandchildren Alisha Suggs, Erika Suggs, Candice Suggs, Derek Snyder, Sean Snyder and great grandchildren Paytan and Arawyn. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Leona Davis, his wife Marion Davis and his sister Margret Davis.
The family would like to say thank you to Darrell and Lisa Humphrey.
