Obituary:
(George) Michael Dunn born May 21, 1948 in Bellingham, Washington passed away at home, January 7, surrounded by his loving family and his dogs. He is survived by his wife Julie of almost 40 years, his five children; David (Joannie), Mike (Lisa), Tasha (Jon Castillo), Patrick (Regina), Shelley (Justin McCuin) and 15 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sister Kathy Marlow. He leaves behind his sister, Monica Tiexiera, brother, Steven (Tamara) O’Hara, Aunt Kathleen Donahue and numerous nieces and nephews.
He had a wonderful career as a painting contractor for 50 years. He was past officer of the North Coast Builders Exchange, a past member of South Ukiah Rotary, a friend of Bill W, past member of the Ukiah Men’s Golf Club and many other organizations.
A celebration of Life will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, 560 Park Blvd. in Ukiah Saturday, January 19, at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Phoenix Hospice or Faith Lutheran Church.
