Obituary:
John W. Foucault (Jack) passed away at his home on August 28, 2018.
Although born in Fort Bragg on February 17, 1937, Jack considered himself a Ukiahian, having gone through all 12 years in the Ukiah schools. As an adult he started his own business, Ukiah Dental Lab, and operated this business until his retirement in 2003.
Jack was the second child of Vic and Cleo Foucault. Predeceased by his parents, brother Ron, sister Jean, son Rick and granddaughter Anna Victoria.
Surviving Jack are his wife Mary, brother Jim, sons Jim (Kati) of Hungary, Mike (Katy) of Ukiah and daughter Tami (Rick) of Arizona. Jack also leaves behind 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 11 am at Calvary Baptist Church 465 Luce Avenue. Contributions may be made to Ukiah Hospice.
