05/24/Julie Lorrain Hall, 32, a loving wife and mother passed away on February 21st at UCSF Hospital. Julie was born in Fortuna to Oscar Fregoso of Eureka, CA and Deborah Lee Benson Verham of Carson City, NV. Julie was the loving wife to Christopher Hall and an incredible mother to her young children, Dylan and Olivia. She was loved by her in-laws, George and Linda Hall, of Redwood Valley, CA, who embraced her as their daughter. Julie loved her family, friends and animals. She enjoyed riding horses with her family on the beach and watching her children participate in the Gymkhanas. Her husband and children were the light of her eyes and she took pride in their accomplishments. Julie touched all who met her in ways different for each but just as meaningful as the next. Her family and friends mourn the loss of this young mother, wife and friend. Julie will never be forgotten to those whose lives she has touched and changed forever. The family will hold a Celebration of Life for Julie on March 30th at the River Lodge Conference Center, 12pm to 3pm, in Fortuna.
