Micheal James Hendrickx, 63, of Ukiah, California peacefully passed away January 29, 2010. He was born July 28, 1946 in Westwood, California, the son of the late Audree and William Hendrickx. He is survived by ex-wife Sandra Hendrickx, daughter and son-in-law Nicole and Tobias Carmichael, daughter Alison Hendrickx and grandchildren Luca, Sasha and Luciana as well as additional family in Tensed, ID.
A Celebration of Life will be attended by family and close friends at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Plowshares, PO Box 475, Ukiah, CA 95482.
