Juanita Sierra Howard, age 87, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2013 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband Douglas, son Wayne and her siblings Angelina, Bernice, Emily and Frank. She is survived by her children Kenneth, Sharon, Carolyn and Ronnie, her nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. As a bilingual foster grandparent she was in high demand at local schools. She will be remembered as a feisty and determined woman who was never afraid to speak her mind. She will be dearly missed.
