Ingemar Gary Nelson

Ingemar Gary Nelson Age 64, passed away suddenly the morning of September 3rd 2024.Born in San Francisco California. Ingemar is the son of Richard and Rosetta Nelson and the grandson of Birdie Marable. He is The eldest brother of Richard, Marcus and Lisa Nelson. 

Ingemar graduated from Thornton High School in south San Francisco and went to work at Mendocino Transit Authority. He recently retired after 40 years as a Supervisor and Driver Trainer. He was a long time member of Word of Faith Fellowship Church in Turlock California. “Marty” as he was called by his family and friends, loved Basketball, Fishing and Golf. He spent many years Coaching his children’s Basketball teams, competing in men’s league softball with his sons as his team mates and Umpiring little league baseball games.

 Marty is survived by his children: Iesha Nelson, Isaiah Nelson, Ingemar “Miah” Nelson, Ilijah Nelson, Inessa Nelson, Hannah Nelson her husband Joel Falukos and Irissa Nelson and 19 Grandchildren. He was pre deceased in death by his father Richard Nelson.
