A visitation will be held for Eugene Jack Jr. of Ukiah on Sunday, September 16, 2018 from 9 am to 3 pm at Eversole Mortuary. Born March 28, 1970 in Santa Rosa, California Eugene passed away on Monday, September 10, 2018 in Ukiah. Eugene lived most of his life in Ukiah and attended Ukiah High School. He will be remembered for his kindness, his smile and his cooking. Eugene is survived by his daughters Edlaina Mendoza and Krysten Putnam, father Eugene “Porky” Jack Sr., sister Andrea Jack, grandchildren William, Mahkai, Antone Jr. and Aiden, nieces Priscilla Sloan-Garcia, Yvonne Stafford, nephews Btaaka Bate Hernandez, Byron Franklin, great niece Aubrey Garcia, great nephews Jesse Jr., Clayton Jr., Christian and Jordan, niece-in-law Amanda Steel and nephew-in-law Clayton Figueroa Sr. He was preceded in death by his mother Priscilla Sanchez-Jackson.
