Henry Lindsey Kemmer
At his request no services are to be held for Henry Lindsey Kemmer of Clearlake who passed away in Ukiah on Friday, March 19, 2010 at a Ukiah hospital with his daughters by his side.
Born January 15, 1921 in Fresno, California, Henry served his country during World War II as a Merchant Seaman in the US Coast Guard. He worked as a carpenter, farmer and masonry. Henry was proud of building his first house, his mothers house, his work and his family. He will be remembered for his love of animals and his generosity to his friends and family.
Henry is survived by his daughters Anna Vanderford of Ione, California and Brenda Morss of Caseyville, Illinois, sister Wanda Marx of Fresno, grandchildren Amanda and Laura Vanderford, Robert Hernandez, Ginny Ham and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Veda Kemmer, mother Edna McAnney and half brother Stanley McAnney.
Inurnment will be in Mountain View Cemetery in Fresno, California
