Memorial services for Nellie H. Klaisner of Ukiah, who passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021, will be held on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 2 pm at Redwood Valley Community Church.
Born November 3, 1931 in Monrovia, California, Nellie has been a resident of Mendocino County for 45 years. On November 14, 1953 she married Raymond E. Klaisner. She was a bookkeeper, homemaker and mom. She was very proud of her children and grandchildren. Nellie was a member of the Grange, Job’s Daughters, Red Hatters, VBS and Awanas at Redwood Valley Community Church.
She will be remembered as a loving, giving mom, grandma, who loved everyone she met, life, traveling and friends.
Nellie is survived by her daughter, Diana (Don) Dockins, sons Richard (Glenda) Klaisner, Robert (Karen) Klaisner, Craig (Carrie) Klaisner, stepson Jack Klaisner and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Ray, her grandson Donnie, brothers Bill, Dwight and John and siter June.
