Obituary:
Gloria Rose Leatherwood of Ukiah passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2013 in a local hospital with her family at her side. Gloria was born in South San Francisco, Ca. on October 28, 1921 she was 91 years old.
Gloria had lived in Ukiah for the past 21 years. She graduated from high school had various jobs but was mostly a homemaker. On September 1, 1946 she married Baylor Leatherwood. She was a member of the Moose Club and the Lions Club.
Gloria is survived by her husband Baylor C. Leatherwood of Ukiah, daughter Kathryn Marie Weitkemper and her husband Rich, grandchildren Lisa Weitkemper and James Weitkemper.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Eversole Mortuary. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm at the Ukiah Cemetery with Father Alvin officiating.
