Julia Rosetti Massaro
Funeral services for Julia Rosetti Massaro will be held on Monday, July 25, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Eversole Mortuary. Interment will be in Hopland Cemetery.
Born January 17, 1918 in Hopland to pioneer Hopland family Achille and Delina Rosetti, Julia graduated from Hopland High School, she worked as a waitress at the Black Cat, Pomo Inn, Bluebird Café and the Keg. She was a member of Son of Italy and American Legion. She loved her family home and Hopland.
Julia is survived by her daughter Judy Ribardo and husband Ken of Hidden Valley Lake, daughter-in-law Donita Proctor of Healdsburg, 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Achille and Delina Rosetti, first husband Glenn Proctor and daughter-in-law Doreen Procter, second husband Don Massaro, son William Proctor, daughter Lillian Phillips and son-in-law Arvel Phillips, two sisters Mary Malone and Emma Babcock, five brothers Pete, John, Manual, Robert and Charles Rosetti. Memorial donations may be made to Phoenix Hospice.
