Mary Louise Mazzanti

Born September 16, 1935 in Ukiah, Louise passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at her home in Ukiah with her family by her side. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Peter and Mary Fornasero of Redwood Valley, granddaughter Melina Mazzanti, sister and brother-in-law Josephine and Raymond Bartolomei and sister-in-law Karen Cox.
Louise is survived by her husband of 62 years Richard Mazzanti, three sons and daughter-in-laws: Rick (Elizabeth) Mazzanti of Folsom, Michael (Sherrie) Mazzanti of Cloverdale and Daniel (Dorothy) Mazzanti of Redwood Valley. Six grandchildren: Cadi (Nick) Young, Tyler (Loren) Mazzanti, Luke Mazzanti, Cole Mazzanti, Alyson Mazzanti and Dylan (Morgan) Mazzanti. She is also survived by her mother-in-law Lena Quick, brother and sister-in-law Kenneth (Kay) Quick, brother-in-law William Cox and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
At her request there will be no funeral service and a private inurnment will be held for the immediate family at the Russian River Cemetery in Ukiah under the direction of Eversole Mortuary.
A luncheon will be held for family and friends to gather at Barra of Mendocino on Sunday, May 22, 2016 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a remembrance of good memories.
