Terry Lee Haydon Middleton (1946-2011) Terry passed away on May 21, 2011 in Willits, CA from a massive heart attack.Born in San Francisco and raised in Ukiah, CA, she graduated from Ukiah High School.Terry married Richard Middleton and enjoyed 46 years of marriage while raising their 3 children. A loving wife, mother and friend, she fervently supported her family's interests and opened her heart to many people. Predeceased by her father, Henry Haydon. Survived by her husband, Richard Hewitt Middleton I, their children, Richard Hewitt Middleton II, Jonathan Scott Middleton and Nicole Haydon Middleton-Rigsbee, 5 grandchildren, Sean, Liam, Kayley, Ryan and Ranin, mother, Iris Haydon, sister, Jacquie Slagle and tons of family and friends. Her boundless love will be sorely missed. Memorial service: Saturday, May 28, 2011 @ 1pm @ Eversole Mortuary, 141 Low Gap Rd., Ukiah, CA. Memorial donations: American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
