Otis "OD" Mitchell-Galvan passed away on August 14, 2011. He was the son of Jose Galvan & late Chandra Mitchell. He leaves behind brothers Mark Mitchell, Andrew "Turtle" Galvan, Ruben "Chonez" Nunez, Christopher Galvan and sisters Leah Hernandez, and Isaudla Galvan, Great Grandma Lucille Buckskin, Grandparents Margaret Ruiz, Elmer Mitchell, Jose Ortega Galvan, and Gabriella Ortega Galvan, and many Aunties, Uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces. In his short life, he touched so many lives and hearts. His genuine love for family, friends, life, and every person he came in contact with will always be remembered. His smile, memories, and love will comfort all of us he left behind. We will miss you OD.
The services will be held at Eversole Mortuary 141 Low Gap Road Ukiah , CA. The rosary is on Friday August 19, 2011 @ 6:00 pm. The funeral is on Saturday August 20, 2011 at 1:00 pm followed by graveside services at Yokayo Rancheria.
