Obituary:
Jr. Mitchell, died peacefully in a San Francisco hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was the eldest of five children born to Elmer Mitchell Sr. and Margaret Ruiz. He leaves both parents in the care of his brother Brian and sister Georgia. He was preceded in death by sister Chandra and brother Dean, whom were waiting by his side to guide him home. Also to assist him on his journey to the loving presence of our creator were his grandmother's Lucille and Ada, grandpa Gip, along with aunty Emma, aunt Becky, aunt Agnes Hoaglen and nephew Otis.
He leaves behind a very large and loving family...including aunties Mary, Helen, Pauline, Judy, Agnes and Arlene; uncle's: Archie, Eddie, Lilburn, Ira and Joe Pulido; great-great aunt Irene and uncle Iran Hoaglen; nephews: Mark, Mike, Andrew, David, Ruben, Theodore, Matthew, Todd and! Robert; nieces: Leah, Alina, Jayleen, Ieela, Isabella, Tina and Bonnie; son Joe and daughter Sasha. Along with many great-nieces, nephews, cousins and an awesome array of friends. Services are being held at the Sho-Da-Ki gym on the Coyote Valley Rancheria. Rosary is on Friday, Jan. 6th @ 7pm, conducted by Father Andrew Pacheco, whom will also oversee the funeral service on Saturday, Jan. 7th @ 12 noon, as well as graveside service following to the Yokayo Rancheria promptly @ 2:30pm.
