Gerald Stanley O’Neal, 81, of Ukiah passed away on Monday, August 25, 2014 at UVMC with his family by his side. Born June 26, 1933 in Sterling, Colorado, Gerald served his country in the US Army during the Korean War Era and has resided in Ukiah for the past 28 years. He was an antiquarian book dealer, publisher and was proud of being part of book preservation for Ballena Press. Gerald enjoyed the occasional round of golf. He will be remembered for being kind, humorous and caring.
Gerald is survived by his wife Rosalind O’Neal of Ukiah and his nephew David O’Neal of Los Altos Hills, California.
