Sandra Mae Palacios (Forsberg), 61, went to be with the Lord, October 16, 2013 while surrounded by family. She was born January 10, 1952, and dedicated her life to serving the community as a compassionate, loving LVN for 27 years. She was a woman of God, and leaves behind countless stories of lives changed from her children to the patients and families she cared for. She is survived by: parents Ralph and Valena Forsberg; siblings David Forsberg and wife Donna, and Karen Dorsey and husband Dave; her children Corey, Gabe, Sophia, Veronica and Alex; 13 grandchildren; and countless cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 19 at 11 a.m. Please call Eversole Mortuary for the location details.
