Obituary:
A celebration of life will be held for Tyler Avery Perkins on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 2 pm at the Ukiah Mens Softball Complex. Tyler passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2017. Born March 31, 1992 in Madera, Tyler resided in Ukiah for most of his life. He was proud of the work he did as an auto detailer at Fowlers Auto Plaza. He enjoyed skateboarding, playing basketball and being with his family and friends. He will be remembered for his smile, the way he made people feel happy, his contagious laugh and his big hugs. He was always there for his friends and family. His favorite quote See one send one. He was the life of the party with a smile as big as his heart. He would befriend everyone and never met a stranger. Loved to be outside either at the water or on his skateboard. It was always a party with Teeps around.
Tyler is survived by his mother Michelle Butow, father Richard Perkins, step father Daniel Butow, grandparents Judye Butow, Helen and Morris Frenier, Rosanne and Dave Brunolli, sister Danielle Butow, brothers Michael Butow, Seth Butow, Ethan Perkins, Christian Brown-Johnson and lots of extended family aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorial donations may be made to the Redwood Credit Union Acct # @3809BUTO.
