Obituary:
Erin Beth Ruddick of Ukiah, CA peacefully entered into heaven February 26, 2018. Erin was born in the Ukiah General Hospital October 26, 1967.
She was the cherished daughter of Richard and Sharon Ruddick. She was the so loved life partner of 29 years of Bob Moyer. Erin was the loved “baby sister” of Rick and Randy. Erin attended Ukiah High School and Santa Rosa J.C. Erin's working career started with the U.S. Forest Service. She also worked for the
University of CA. Hopland Field Station, Mendocino Co. Agricultural Dept. and the
California Integrated Pest Management program.
Erin was raised on a ranch and enjoyed being a farm girl. She raised sheep
as 4H-FFA projects, she loved her horses and worked in the family pear shed during harvests. She was an accomplished cook and Bob was her “best customer”. She also enjoyed Kayaking in calmer waters. Erin enjoyed their coastal home in the summer. Erin was a very private person whose life reflected that.
She is survived by her parents, Richard and Sharon, Her brothers, Richard E.
Ruddick, Randall Ruddick, Her sister-in-law Carol Ruddick and the love of her life,
Robert Moyer. She is also survived by one nephew and three nieces. Erin leaves us being so very loved.
Private Services have been held.
