Obituary:
Stan “Speed” Rynearson, 66, of Ukiah passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013 at Ukiah Valley Medical Center. Speed was born on March 3, 1947 in San Francisco, Ca.
He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp. at Camp Lejeune. He received the national defense service medal, sharpshooter’s rifle badge and good conduct medal witch governed Speed his entire life.
Speeds sister gives thanks to his many kind supportive friends in the community and many friends he has known his entire life.
He always said “Hey what’s going on?”
Speed is survived by his sister Sheila Rynearson of Ukiah, cousins Trujillo and Brown families of San Francisco, Ames families of Los Angeles and Capt. Ed Penning of Cascade, Colorado.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at the Ukiah Elks Lodge starting at 5:00 PM dinner and food for thought.
