Obituary:
Joyce Ann Schreiner died Saturday, March 26, 2016, at her home
in Boonville. She was 64.
Joyce was born March 6, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois to the late
John and Emily Walsh.
She is survived by her siblings John, Judy, Terri, and Bill and was
preceded in death by Mary Alice. She leaves behind her husband,
Brian Schreiner, sons Isaac, Josh, Jesse, and Jonathan; and
grandchildren; Jeremiah, Riley and Zoey, and numerous nieces
and nephews.
Joyce loved her family first and foremost. Brian and Joyce were
married April 30, 1976, in Boonville. She worked as a registered
nurse in Boonville and Ukiah. Prior to becoming a nurse she was
an in-home daycare provider. Joyce enjoyed pediatric nursing the
most. She also enjoyed gardening and found comfort in her
Catholic faith.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016, at
11am at Evergreen Cemetery in Boonville. A potluck reception
will follow at the Anderson Valley Veterans Building in
