Obituary:
On Saturday July 21 2012 we said goodbye to George V. Solomon. Born March 21st, 1927 in Canton Ohio, he was the youngest of eight siblings. He later moved to Los Angeles and found his bride, Letitia (Tish) Ursa where they brought their two children into the world, Sheila and Chris. In 1959, he moved his family to Ukiah California and eventually started his own business, Ukiah Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Service, keeping Mendocino County cool in the summer and warm in the winter. He was a father who taught by example how to be kind and honest, and how to love. His caring and love for is family will never be forgotten. He is survived by his wife Tish of 60 years, his two children Chris and Sheila, his sister Mary, siter-in-law, four grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. A private family gathering will be scheduled to celebrate his life.
