Obituary:
S. John Stegemann, 91, died Tuesday, March 11th. He is survived by Lucy, his wife of 68 years; his sister of Missouri, son, Loyd; daughter and son-in-law, Jan and Jerry Jacobson of Santa Rosa; grandkids Alisa and Mike Jacobson and John Stegemann; and great granddaughters Sierra and Rosalyn. He was born in Nebraska and raised on a farm with his sister and brother in Iowa. He served as a Navy Lieutenant during World War II. John and Lucy lived in Ukiah for 45 years, where he owned Stegemann Motors for 7 years. After he retired they spent their winters in Yuma. Come join us for a celebration of life on Saturday, March 15 at 2:00 pm at Redwood Valley Community Church.
