Susan Diane Hargreaves

Susan Diane Hargreaves, age 67 born in Lakeport, Calif., passed away on March 15, 2024. Her memorial service will be held at Redwood Valley Community Church (RVCC) on April 6, 2024, at 11 a.m. 

Susan Hargreaves was born in Lakeport to Shirley Clem Aplet on August 31, 1956. She finished her high school diploma at the Ukiah Adult School and went off to further her education at Sonoma State where she earned her B.S. in Cultural Anthropology with a minor in social linguistics. Susan had various jobs but the job she poured her heart into was raising her kids. She also was very involved in the church, especially the Angel Tree Ministry.  

Susan is survived by her husband of 51 years, Kirk Hargreaves, and her three children: Heather Gengoux, Eric Hargreaves, and Gretchen Hargreaves. She was blessed with two grandchildren, Austin Hargreaves and Grason Hargreaves.
