Obituary:
William Jay Traina Jr. born June 1, 1926, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2017. He was 91.
Survived by children; Kay Samoly, Lynn Christopherson and James Traina. Granddaughters, Julie Percy, Chelsea Christopherson, Courtney Samoly; Grandsons, Steven Christopherson and Chad Christopherson and 13 Great Grandchildren along with many other family members.
William grew up in Philadelphia. He attended Miami University in Ohio and served in the US Navy. He raised his family in Virginia and eventually located his family to California.
A funeral service for William will be held at Eversole Mortuary in Ukiah on Thursday August 24th at 1:00 pm. Burial services will follow graveside at Hopland cemetery.
