Donald James Trouette
Funeral services for Donald Trouette of Ukiah will be held on Monday, May 5, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Eversole Mortuary with Pastor Kevin McDougal, Ukiah Elks Lodge #1728 and Ridgewood Masonic Lodge #146 F. and A. M. officiating. Interment will be in Ukiah Cemetery.
Born July 21, 1941 in Sausalito, Don attended Pomolita Junior High School, Ukiah Union High School and Santa Rosa Junior College. He was a Psychiatric Technician at Mendocino State Hospital, Retired Peace Officer for Mendocino County Sheriffs office and also worked for Ken Fowler Motors, Thurston Honda and Auto Plaza and Sport Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Don was a Past Exalted Ruler of the Ukiah Elks Lodge, Master Mason of the Ukiah Masonic Lodge and a member of Shriners International. He was proud of being able to serve his community, his family, his children and wife. He enjoyed traveling with friends and family.
Don is survived by his wife of 11 years Donna Trouette of Ukiah, son Dug Trouette of Visalia, CA, sister Pam Ricetti and husband Tom, brother Paul Trouette and wife Connie, sister in law Kathy Sorensen, brother in law Raymond Dulinsky, grandchildren Paul and Emily Beattie. He was preceded in death by his father Paul John Trouette, mother Evalyn Grace Trouette, son Gary Trouette and daughter Amy Beattie.
