Memorial services will be held at a later date for Harry Earl Van Antwerp of Redwood Valley who passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at his home with his family present.
Born April 19, 1950 in Scotia, California, Harry graduated from Ukiah High School and served his country in the US Navy. Harry was a mechanic and owned and operated Van’s Auto Clinic for 35 years. He will be remembered for his dedication to his family and friends, his love for his dogs and cat and his dedication for customer satisfaction.
Harry is survived by his brother Eddie Van Antwerp (Peggy), nieces Laura Kay Norgard, Lisa Humphreys (Daryl), Heidi Van Antwerp, nephew Aaron Branscomb (Jessica) and numerous great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Theresa Van Antwerp, father and mother Curtis and Helen Van Antwerp, sister Vicki Norgard and nephew Curtis Norgard.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Gil Kuhns, Barbara Poteet, Julie (George) McCarty, Debbie Brent and Coty Christianson. A very special thanks to Sylvia Estada and family. We would also like to thank all customers and friends for their patronage throughout the years.
