Eddie Vinson passed away on May 25, 2011 with his family by his side.

Eddie was born in Little Rock, Arkansas to Edgar and Elva Vinson on January 24, 1929.

He leaves behind his wife Pansy (Pat) Vinson, daughters Brenda Hagan and husband Steve of Ukiah, Dana Dalton of Cloverdale. Son-in-law Ditino Martin of LaPine, OR. Grandchildren Michele Martin of Bend, OR, Jennifer Strobel (Mike) of Las Vegas, Tyler Dalton (Alison) of Sacramento, Monica Lopez (Ricky) of Cloverdale. Great Grandchildren Taylor and Peton Petrillo, Brenden Strobel of Las Vegas, Zachary Martin of Bend, OR and Aidan Lopez of Cloverdale. Sisters Lois Chastain of Tucson, AZ, Lyn Donaldson of Kelseyville and his extended family at Ukiah Health Care. He was preceded in death by his parents and beloved son-in-law Robby Dalton.

Eddie lived in Ukiah/Redwood Valley for most of his life. He worked at Masonite for 44 years. He was a part of the Redwood Valley Fire Department for many years, a member of the Elks, the Rod and Gun Club, Striped Bass Association and he was a life member of Ukiah Gun Club.

His family came before anything - even fishing!

Private services were held on Friday, May 27th.
