Born in Petaluma, Ca., he is survived by his Wife Irene of 61 years, he had 5 Children, Debbie, Loren and his wife Janet, Connie and her husband Robert, Donna and her husband Richard and Teresa. Bill is also survived by 8 Grand Children and 18 Great Grand Children. Bill retired from the Navy in 1968 and moved to Humboldt County where he played music and belonged to the local musicians union. Bill was an avid Ham Radio operator and was President of the local Chapter for a few years. Bill and Irene moved to Ukiah in 1979 where Bill opened his own Windshield Repair business. Bill also played with different bands throughout the years. No matter where he lived he was always in a band as music was his second love. He played a Bass Guitar, Stand up Bass and while in the Army he played a Sousaphone in the marching band. Bill will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Please join us in the celebration of his life on Sunday March 11th at Jensen’s Family Resturant from 2 PM to 4 PM. Eversole Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
