In Loving Memory of William (Bill) H. Hendrickson

Bill, beloved husband of Linda Hendrickson, stepfather, and Papa, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2024 at the age of 78, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on December 27, 1945. He grew up in Kingston, New York and entered the United States Air Force at 17 years old.

Bill was known for his great golf game, his love for bowling, and his mastery in the kitchen . He had a zest for life that was infectious, and his warm smile could light up any room. He touched the lives of many with his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love.

Professionally, Bill excelled in electronics and entrepreneurship. He owned the Willits Radio Shack as well as the Willits Launderland. He created relationships with many of his dedicated customers through his friendliness and willingness to help. His dedication and hard work were evident to all who knew him.

Outside of work, Bill cherished spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed golf, viticulture, meeting for lunch with the “boys”, and volunteering with the Elks Lodge.

Bill will be deeply missed by his wife Linda Hendrickson, step children Sean (Mackenzie) and Stephanie (Kyle), his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his brother Corky (Patty). He leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and joy that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.

A celebration of Bill's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please celebrate Bill by enjoying a steak, glass of red wine and a Dodgers game. Any donations can be made to Ukiah Elks Lodge 1728
