Maggie Williamson

Maggie Williamson, precious wife of Norm Williamson, retired Ukiah teacher, joined her Jesus August 31, 2013. Born in Berkeley to Professor P.B. and Esther Fay in 1926, she met and married Norm in 1948 moving to Ukiah in 1952.
Mother of four: Mary Williamson Ingoldsby and husband Denis of Ukiah, Don and wife Lynn of Ukiah, Mike, deceased, Ted of Boise. Grandmother of eight. Mary (2): Mimi Cabral of Ukiah, Rachel Moss of Vietnam. Dan (2): Krissy of Ukiah, Danny of Argentina. Mike (1): Emily Marino of Boise. Ted (3): Jennifer, Rebecca and Kimberly of Boise. Great grandmother of ten. Mimi (4): Ellie Clark of Sacramento, Madeline, Violet and Ezra Cabral of Ukiah. Danny and wife Michelle (2): Isaac and Kai of Argentina. Emily and husband Matt (4): Joshua, Hannah Grace, Isabella and Aidon of Boise.
A loving people person Maggie was especially open to mental health and education issues, serving on the Mendocino State Hospital Board and on committees to start Mendocino College.
A leader in Christian ministries she is best remembered as Teaching Leader of the Women’s Bible Study Fellowship Class in Ukiah, and for giving over one hundred Christian Women’s Club talks. She radiated her love for Jesus wherever she went and will be loved and missed by all who knew her.
A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Ukiah at 11 a.m. Father Bill Adams officiating.
