Obituary:
Florence Esther Zimmerman passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016 peacefully in her sleep with family present.
Florence was born in Missouri on January 22, 1920. She moved with her family to Ukiah in 1930. In 1938 she graduated from Ukiah High School. She worked 25 years of which 6 years were Post Master of the Talmage Post Office from 1974 thru January 1980. She enjoyed gardening and extensive travel throughout the world.
Florence was preceded in death by her three husbands (John Haydon, Richard Zimmerman and Grant Jensen) as well as special friends Bill Meek and Arthur Mihelcic; parents John Miller and Mary Hall; brother Walter Miller and sister Cloia Mathis and sons Ronal, Henry and Robert Haydon and Robert Haydon.
She leaves behind her loving family and dear friends; son and daughter in law Walter and Gretchen Haydon; daughter in law Tess Haydon; granddaughters Karen Dziki and Jenny Higgins; grandsons Mark Haydon and Ronnie Haydon and wife Heather; great granddaughters Hillary Scott, Amanda Haydon, Tia Higgins and Haley Higgins; great grandsons Drew Dziki, Tanner Haydon, Trenton Higgins, Wyatt Haydon, Clay Haydon and Jacob Dziki; great great granddaughter Dhalia Garcia as well as many nieces and nephews.
At her request there will be no services.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Eversole Mortuary.
